How do we know it will work?

We define success measures before we start. Response time, qualified-rate, pipeline-velocity, close-rate ~ tracked inside the system, visible on the dashboard. If the measures do not move in the first 30 days, we tell you. We have no incentive to extend a relationship that is not producing.
